There isn't much I can say about this beautiful natural, earthy home that these photos don't already say. The property in Boulder, Colorado belongs to textile artist Ora and her family and I just love the open space and the combination of cozy and minimalism..... perfect!!!

As of late, I'm feeling especially mesmerized with Europe. Actually, I am always impressed with Europe and the variety of architecture and number of history lessons learned. Along with the fashion, art scene, music and food, what is not to love? I discover an insane amount of design inspiration when I travel, I'm excited to sneak away to Dublin this weekend. Today, I'm sharing the Lauder family's beautiful Parisian apartment. It is located in the left bank and has breath taking views of the Eiffel tower and the ornate gold dome of Les Invalides. I'm very much looking forward to getting away for an "extra" long birthday weekend with my good friend. I have recently come to the conclusion that my sofa is just not comfy. It is simply not deep or soft enough and is not a good place to relax, however with a 'spirited' 5 year old in the house I am not about to splash out on my dream sofa as chances is blue tack will be mashed into it within minutes... so I am looking to update the sofa by removing the back cushions and replacing them with some oversized soft ones and maybe a throw, for some extra cold weather comfort!!

I grew up watching my mother cook delicious meals. I too enjoy cooking when I have the time. My dream kitchen is all planned out, but for now, I appreciate mine. I have an affinity for nice cookware and pots + pans, especially ones made from copper. There is something very special about preparing meals with a hand crafted piece of cookware, the quality is also wonderful. Mauviel, a family run business, has been manufacturing copper pots since 1830. Learn more about the creative process, here. I am short on storage space and love the idea of accessibility. My plan is to hang copper pots and pans above my stove using a rail and hooks. I like thisbrass version. I can't help but notice all the gorgeous French ranges in these photos too. Those French, they certainly know a thing or two about preparing meals...Bon Appetit.
