I appreciate a mix of old and new and many of the projects I work on, do just that. I am often faced with an older home that has great bones but needs not only a fresh design update but a revamp of the electrical, plumbing, + heating systems. When we did deeper we also often find structural issues. I've long been a fan of designer Barrie Bensons young, modern approach to creating. I was instantly drawn to the sculptural quality of furniture and lighting along with the springy, clean color palette. It's a beautiful home - I'm working on a similar style project myself.
